UV DISINFECTION ROBOT
A team from MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab partnered with Ava Robotics to develop a robotic system to disinfect the Greater Boston Food Bank in times of COVID-19.
VERIZON 5G ROBOTICS CHALLENGE
Recently, Ava Robotics participated in the MassTLC 5G Robotics Challenge sponsored by Verizon and Ericsson. This challenge is the first of its kind and provided many examples of how 5G can be used to its transformative potential. Each team used 5G to power their innovative technologies and at the end of the challenge, demonstrated their work at Verizon’s 5G Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
