Update to Customers and Partners on COVID-19
We are living in uncertain times with the recent declaration of a global coronavirus pandemic. Organizations are struggling with how to keep business going while keeping customers, partners, and employees safe.
This space will be used to update our customers and partners about the Ava Robotics response to the increased demand for telepresence robots as a result of global COVID-19 travel restrictions and expanded remote work requirements.
As of this week, all Ava team members, with just a few exceptions, are working from home and following guidelines to stay healthy while supporting our customers.
As expected, Ava Telepresence usage rates are up worldwide. We are expanding performance monitoring of our applications and working with 3rd party providers to ensure the best experience and increased capacity for the Ava installed base.
