<Summary> Sample: We are looking for high energy sales leader with enterprise technology sales background to drive sales strategy, process end-to-end with key enterprise accounts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of a winning team serving a growing cloud mobile robotics market.

<Location> Sample: Cambridge, MA; 25% travel​

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Team manager and player, working a full range of sales and business development initiatives for innovative  mobile service robots in enterprise/commercial applications

  • Responsibility for revenue attainment

  • Lead a small and growing team pursuing accounts in target markets Enterprise, Hospitality and Manufacturing

  • Develop and execute plans for current accounts and pipeline, moving customers from trial to successful scale deployments

  • Develop and execute plans for target markets

  • Directly own select strategic partner relationships and large accounts as needed

  • Recognize business model opportunities and direct efforts to adjust revenue mix as needed, including purchase, Robot-as-a-Service, professional services, and software licensing models

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience closing turnkey solution deals between $20K - $1MM involving hardware, software, and professional services and significant experience nurturing and growing accounts

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a startup environment

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Get it done attitude!

  • Experience selling in enterprise markets, and/or solution selling, working with C-level and IT executives to close deals

  • Experience in consultative approach to selling as a trusted advisor to customer with in-depth knowledge on products and solutions

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a sense of ownership, responsibility and motivation.

  • Ability to create and analyze data using sales tools for accurate forecasting.  

  • Aggressive, ambitious and strong target driving with excellent communication skills, including the ability to exercise assertiveness to influence others to create desired results.

  • Knowledge of technology products such as Audio Video Electronics, Networking Equipment, Robotics and Cloud Solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering, MBA is preferred
