company that provides a wide range of architecture, furniture and technology products and services. As a firm dedicated to bringing innovation to the workplace, Steelcase needed a solution to integrate its on-premise teams with remote employees.
Steelcase's executive team is distributed across continents, regularly traveling between locations. The team needed to connect both physically and virtually in the office through immersive technology experiences that are integrated throughout the floor plan.
Steelcase needed support in three different areas to efficiently collaborate with its global team:
1. Immersive Experience: Achieving more immersive experiences was vital for Steelcase's new Leadership Community space.
2. Navigation and Mobility: To facilitate interactions and take the quality of the meeting a step further, Steelcase needed the ability to move in a location. This ensured that the remote team members are not confined to a location or a screen and were not dependent on someone else to take them from one room to another.
3. Enterprise-Class Videoconferencing: It was also essential to integrate with existing technologies they already had in place with robust and secure conferencing.
